eOcean is a SMS Gateway Services provider, and Providing All the Services in good faith. This service may be used by any genuine person for the sending of purposeful SMS messages to a recipient with a compatible device according to the terms set out on this page. FREE refers to there being no exchange of money or personal details in return for using the service. Please remember that this service is entirely funded by our sponsors to try and keep SMS free for everyone, without having to forfeit your personal information. For these reasons, we ask that all users support us by telling others of our truly unique service.

Agreement and Acceptance

This agreement becomes effective between eOcean.com.pk ("We" or "Us") and you at the time of registering for SMS Services or Mobile Friends Community. For the purpose of this agreement, includes Text Messaging through Website, SMS Messenger, Free SMS Messenger,  through Internet or Mobile Phone Devices or any other form of electronic media presently available or to be made available in future.

In the event of conflict between the provisions of this agreement or the other terms, the provisions of this agreement will prevail.

Using eOcean.com.pk

This site may only be used by genuine Internet users using a standard unmodified web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera). No automated process may be employed to send messages, or assist the sending of messages, through eOcean.com.pk. Users must at all times be able to see eOcean.com.pk branding, colors, interfaces, and banners. Using any software or scripting that prevents this is strictly forbidden, and is classed as "automated sending". Users must manually enter all details requested. Records are stored of every message and its origination, and if automated sending is discovered, the responsible parties will be invoiced for the sending of every single message at a price of 1.50 USD per message with additional administration costs. Failure to pay these charges will result in legal action. This service must only be used by users connected to the Internet From Anywhere in the World. You agree to abide by the spirit of free service, as reasonably and practically interpreted.

Sending and Delivery of SMS Messages

eOcean.com.pk will, when indicated as functional by System Status, send each SMS message to one of our SMS gateways for delivery to the relevant network, providing no error is displayed to suggest that this will not be done. eOcean.com.pk guarantees that under these circumstances all messages are SENT. However, delivery is the responsibility of third party networks and services, including the receiving device itself, and cannot be guaranteed. When on the Confirmation page a message is flagged with Network Delivered (GREEN), eOcean.com.pk has received information to suggest that the specified network/device has received the SMS message. If you find this information to be incorrect, then providing us with full details of the message and confirmation code will allow us to investigate the problem with individual networks. Delivery confirmations may only be available at certain times.

Message Content

Use of the eOcean Service to send abusive messages can be traced to the originator upon request from the Police and they will be liable for prosecution under the 1988 Malicious Communications Act. eOcean.com.pk is not responsible for content of messages sent by users of the service. eOcean.com.pk will co-operate with official inquiries into misuse of the service. You agree not to send abusive or defamatory messages through this service. Spam/unsolicited messages and bulk advertising through this service is not permitted. Messages containing sexual content are not permitted. Each message must be unique in content and purposeful, and may contain up to the permitted amount of characters. Users sending messages that do not comply with these terms will be invoiced at a rate of $2.5 for each offending message, plus administration costs and all legal and other fees incurred by eOcean.com.pk as a result, payable immediately. eOcean.com.pk will reserve some SMS characters for a short tagline.

Advertising/Sponsorship

All Adverts shown on eOcean.com.pk are mainstream and not offensive. If you see an advert that does offend you, it is important that you contact us, so we can have it removed. We allow several reputable advertising agencies to advertise on our site. Using software that blocks adverts or alters portions of this site is strictly forbidden, and is classed as "automated sending". You must ensure that you can see (and interact with) all advertising banners on eOcean.com.pk when using or if you intend to use the service. We can detect Advertising blockers - if you have a popup blocker active on your system we strongly recommend you disable it whilst using eOcean.

Third Party Advertising

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies.

Privacy Policy

We will never give out your email and any other information to any of the third party. By signing up you are agree, that we and only we can send emails at your provided address and send SMS to your mobile number, whether they are service messages or promotional messages.
